Help us to help you.

Taking care of a child with poor mental health is hard work. Whether you’re just seeing changes to their mood or you’ve been through some of the darkest days with them already, it is personally challenging, emotionally draining and physically isolating.

We get it because we’ve been there. And we want to help you. Parenting Mental Health supports parents of children with mental health issues with a peer support community, training, events, Listening Circles and mentorship.

We have a range of resources for you, depending on how you’re feeling. If you can answer the questions below, we’ll send you what we think is most relevant to you. You’ll need to sign up with your email but feel free to unsubscribe at any time. And don’t worry – this is completely confidential and we won’t share your information or what you’ve told us.

So, what do you need to do?

1

Make yourself a drink and, if you can, carve out 5 quiet minutes to allow yourself to answer these questions as truthfully as possible.

2

Answer the 15 questions with how you’re feeling today – right now, no judgment – to help us get you to the right resources

3

Sign up to hear from our founder, Suzanne, who will be sharing relevant experiences, insights and information over the coming days and weeks
